2025年12月29日，印度电信工程中心(Telecommunication Engineering Centre，TEC)发布三份通知，将MTCTE (Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecom Equipment)认证框架下的豁免/简化措施延长至2026年6月30日如下：（1）ILAC测试报告：针对5G NR基站、SIM以及VHF/UHF/E频段无线电系统继续接受国际认可实验室出具、且在过去两年内签发的测试报告。（2）PON宽带：协议测试(Protocol testing)继续豁免；针对Automatic Laser/Power Shut-Down (ALS/APSD) parameters等测试项目，接受符合性自我声明(Self-Declaration of Conformity，SDoC)。（3）以下产品类别/部分测试项目，豁免提交测试报告：Mobile Radio Trunking System (MRTS)；Repeater for Cellular Network；Precision Timing Protocol Grand Master Equipment；VHF UHF Radio System Equipment；PTP PMP Microwave Fixed Radio Systems；ADSLx and VDSLx；Optical Fibre (Single Mode) and Optical Fibre Cable；HF Radio System；GSO VSAT / GSO User Terminal；NGSO Terminal / NGSO Integrated Gateway；Satellite Communication Equipment；Cellular Customer Premises Equipment；5G NR Parameters (FR1 and FR2)；SHDSL Parameters；NB-IoT Parameters。
